New Family House in the Cotswolds
The brief was to form a new four bedroomed house on a very small site outside the very busy market town of Chipping Norton. The house had to be in the style of a Cotswold bulding, and enhance the area. In addition, the building had to be of a very high standard both in construction and specification.

Extension of a Family House
The original brief was to look at a loft conversion to the existing property. It quickly became obvious that this was not a cost effective solution, and that the client would be better to utilise the space over the existing garage. The resulting extension was in keeping with the look of the existing property, and gave the client the new bedroom and ensuite that they desired.
